About DHWMUN II
Welcome to DHWMUN II – formerly known as WOLFMUN!
DHWMUN II will take place on Saturday, January 21, 2023 from 9:00 am to 2 pm. Dorothy Hamm Middle School is located at 4100 Vacation Lane, Arlington, VA 22207.
We will have six exciting committees. Delegate fees are $20 each, payable by check to Dorothy Hamm Middle School, or cash on the day of the event. There is no school fee.
About our Club:
Seven years ago, WOLFMUN I was planned and implemented by the Model UN Students of Williamsburg Middle School. These students are now busy participating in Model UN at Duke University, The College of William and Mary, American University, Boston College and Reed College. For the past two years, the WMS and DHMS MUN club has collaborated, holding dynamic virtual conferences. This year, we will work together again, and host an in-person conference at Dorothy Hamm Middle School, DHWMS II.
Dorothy Hamm Middle School and Williamsburg Middle School are working together as sister Model UN Clubs. We each meet on a weekly basis throughout the school year. DHMS and WMS MUN students attend local conferences and participate in games and exercises to increase global awareness, public speaking, negotiation, research and writing skills.
